Although his birthday falls on the 9th, jojoflores will celebrate his B-Day in Toronto at West Lounge (King St. W.) and in Montreal with Kerri Chandler at Pub St. James (Old Montreal). jojoflores loves to give stuff away for his birthday so look out for mixed cd give-aways.

10.25 NYC's Undaground Archives Choice Awards ceremony. The who's who of House music were on hand: Babara Tucker, Ultra Nate, Blaze, Louie Vega, Kerri Chandler, David Morales, Dennis Ferrer, Quentin Harris, and many more. jojoflores accepts his 4th award as DJ of The Year. He's won it 2001, 2002, 2003, and now 2004.

 

03.27 Inspired by Salsoul Records, jojoflores conceptualizes a new gotsoul logo (gotsalsoul), and designer Adam Gibbons brings it to life. The new logo will be available on t-shirts for summer 2006, but there'll be limited WMC/M3 conference edition sold exclusively at the Gotsoul Therapy event (Fri. March 24 th at Rain). 03.27 Fresh off jojoflores' hard drive: Montreal Deep 32, and Therapy 33. Montreal Deep mix is the usual vocally stuff that starts off with mid a mid tempo sounding 80's track. Therapy 33 goes deeper this time, and ends off on the afro tip. Submit your email address on the mixes page to listen. They'll be given out at the Gotsoul Therapy event in Miami.

 

03.27 After taking the second half of winter off, Montreal's original Therapy night gets back into gear. The launch date for Therapy v.7 is Thursday April 6th with special guest Quentin Harris (NYC). The new location is called Academy; it's a dance studio loft situated on the second floor on St. Laurent corner Mt-Royal. This will be a great spot for our dancers; wood floor, square room, and a decent sound system. Therapy in full effect spring 2006!

 

03.27 If you missed the party at 99 Sudbury with Danny Krivit and jojoflores, you missed the most successful event to date at that venue. Close to 1000 people showed for this one, and they did not go home disappointed. Mr. Krivit and jojoflores will be playing together in March at the WMC/M3 Gotsoul Therapy party, and for a new night at Stereo (Montreal) called Foundation Friday April 21. Now you have 2 chances to see them both again.

 
03.13 jojoflores mixes After Dark Montreal CD. In stores end of March 2006. jojoflores will be touring his latest project, Kinky Sweet's After Dark Montreal mixed compilation from April 28th to June 19th. He still has dates available for Asia, Hawaii & Australia from April 1st – 19th. April 13th-17th he'll be in the Philippines. Toronto's elite tastemakers attended this star-studded event.
